Designer Day Pass is a streamlined 7 hour block of time for building out your brand ecosystem one project at a time, in order of priority. I offer a variety of marketing design service to support you exactly where you’re at in your business expansion journey.
With 10+ years of design experience, I have refined processes, resource libraries, and advanced techniques to deliver high quality work with quick turnarounds. It’s amazing what happens when two powerful creators put laser-focused intention on a clear, specific goal.

Planning
After booking, please gather your to-do list and prioritize your tasks. The better you prepare, the clearer I can understand what work needs to be done.
Each Designer Day Pass includes an optional planning call to discuss your needs. You’re welcome to share your screen or walk me though your ideas, and I’ll ask some questions to ensure we plan for a smooth and productive day.
We’ll custom tailor our day pass agenda to your needs, and we’ll make sure I have a clear understanding of to-do list so we can hit the ground running.

Creation
Be sure to submit all design-ready materials at least two days prior to your Design Day. This allows me enough time to scan through and make sure everything looks ready.
Then, on your Design Day, you’ll receive my full, undivided attention. I do the work while you sit back and relax.
Please be available for a couple check-ins throughout the day for feedback and efficient communication.

After your session is all done, you’ll receive 5 days of email and voice note support.
I’m more than happy to answer any follow-up questions that come up.

Designer Day Passes are available for a flat rate of $1,200 / day for new clients, and $800 / day for existing clients. Each pass includes a 30 minute planning call, 7 hours of design time, and 5 days of voice note and email support.

Designer Day Passes are scheduled on Tuesdays, for the next three months. Please book at least 2 weeks in advance, so we have enough time to prepare for your Design Day.

You don’t have to be available the whole day, but a Designer Day Pass is a collaborative experience and you’ll need to be available for feedback via email within each hour once the day begins.

With a Designer Day Pass, you are purchasing a block of hours for my expertise, time, skills, and resources - not a set of completed deliverables. Luckily, I have years of experience in fast – paced environments and have refined my process over time, so I’m capable of delivering quality designs on a short timeline. Before booking, we’ll connect to discuss the scope of the project. It’s my priority to provide you as much value as possible during our sessions together and to set realistic expectations for what we can accomplish during one day of working together. There is no guarantee that I will be able to complete all your wish list items in one day, and some projects may require multiple Designer Day Passes, or one of my other services - so we will get clear on what solution is best for you before we begin. If you have additional requests that are very minimal then it will be taken care of in the 5 days of support.

After you choose your Design Day on my calendar, you’ll receive a 50% deposit invoice to secure that date. The final 50% will be due one week after your Design Day. When booking, I may turn away other projects for your reserved time slot, and backing out of the project may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another client. Therefore, all payments are nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, you may do so for free before the 2 weeks leading into your reservation. If we are within 14 days until your design day, a $200 rescheduling fee will be required to secure a new date.
