My website projects generally take 6-8 weeks, but can be longer or shorter depending on your custom proposal. I also offer a Designer Day Pass service for those in need of quicker turnaround times. I recommend reaching out at least 3 months in advance of your deadlines.

I usually book projects 3-6 months in advance, so the sooner the better. I have a one-at-a-time booking policy - I don’t outsource to a team and I don’t work with any other designers, so I can only take on a limited amount of projects per year. That being said - if our timelines don’t align for working on a project together, I have some other options - I can audit your site for you and provide mentorship, or you can DIY with my signature branding course.

Since all of my clients have unique, specific needs - I offer both a Signature and a Premium base package, that can then be customized, to meet you exactly where you are at. I recommend filling out a Client Application so that we can connect for a Discovery Call to explore your business goals. Most of my holistic design packages are between a $6-$8k investment. Specific investment prices and project timelines are provided at the end of our call in the form of a customized proposal outlining everything we’ve discussed. My packages are comprehensive, and are intended to set you up with a quality foundation for your next season in business - from awareness to purchase to loyalty.

Yes - absolutely. Rebirth ° projects are divided on a three-month payment plan timeline. A 35% deposit is required upon booking to reserve your slot, 35% is required after the brand design, and 30% is due after the website design. I require the project to be paid in full before I transfer ownership of the website. Because I may turn away other projects for your reserved time slot, and backing out of the project may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another client, the project deposit is non-refundable.

Yes! I offer 2 weeks of post-launch technical support via email and voice note. If you purchase a premium package, you will also receive 1 form of ‘launch support’ at the close of your project: email marketing templates, lead magnet design, social media templates, or presentation design. You can also add-on a Designer Day Pass at any point in the future if you want to add a new page to your website, or expand your brand marketing in any way.

I build elevated Squarespace websites because it’s a powerful all-in-one platform that allows custom, mobile-friendly websites while also being incredibly user-friendly on the backend. Their beginner friendly drag-and-drop builder empowers my clients to update and manage their site on their own after I pass off the project. Squarespace offers great design flexibility and can be used as an e-commerce or membership platform too. They are affordable compared to other site builders, and offer excellent live chat support.

Part of my web design process includes providing everything that goes along with a visual identity, but if you already have these elements created, then I’m open to working with what you have in place if I align with the aesthetic. I typically require a logo, color palette, illustrations, and font curation for ideal web design results with existing branding.

During our Planning Call, I’ll let you know what content you need to prepare before our start date. This usually includes copywriting, custom photography, and custom illustration - if you have these. Kindly note, I am not an illustrator, and therefore I don’t design fully custom brand illustrations. My visual identities usually include a word logomark, along with other curated visual assets and graphic packs. I’m happy to recommend the service of trusted illustrators and professional copywriters. I’ll also provide copywriting prompts if you prefer to do the writing yourself. I require copywriting to be completed before I begin my design services.
