“Before working with Nenah, nothing was really "broken". We were a brand new business, so there wasn't an old website or old brand causing frustration. What we had was a vision: a strong sense of who we wanted to be, but not yet the tools or expertise to bring that to life visually. We needed a creative partner who could help us take those raw ideas and turn them into something real, a presentation of ourselves we could actually put out into the world.
Our main hesitation was the financial investment, it was a big commitment, especially with so many DIY tools available now. We went back and forth on whether this was something we should just learn to do ourselves. In the end, we realized that the hours we'd spend learning new tools were better spent doing what we actually enjoy doing in the business. On top of that, she was immediately available whenever we had questions along the way, and that responsiveness made a big difference.
Honestly, we can't point to a specific area for growth that stands out. What sets Nenah apart isn't just her creativity, it's how respectful and organized she is. A lot of creative people fall short in delivery: missed timelines, poor communication, or not honoring agreements. Nenah doesn't have those shortcomings. It's clear she's put in real personal development to show up strong and reliable for her clients, and that consistency feels genuinely respectful.
We loved the finished result. It felt incredible to finally see a visual, digital representation of what we've poured our hearts into building here on the land. We felt a real sense of pride and confidence, and finally felt ready to share our project with the world. We also really appreciated that Nenah went above and beyond to understand our needs as a holistic wellness center, researching the right software to help us successfully run our online business. On top of that, we loved the look and feel of the site and how easy it is to navigate.
Honestly, we already tell everyone we can about Nenah! We genuinely believe every business owner needs a Nenah in their corner. She made the process feel easy, respectful, and exciting, and that's something we can't stop talking about. I was hesitant because of the belief that I could do it myself, but after finding Nenah - I feel that it was the right decision because she gave us so much more than just a website. She gave our whole brand its identity including designing our logo. Our experience was stupendous! After working together, I’ve been able to work with my brand kit to continue to progress our marketing. She is truly the best!”
