Nisa Brown
( CASE STUDY )

Context
When starting my business, I spent so many hours imagining what my 'ideal client' would be like (can you relate?). I asked myself - How would the relationship feel? Would appreciation be shared? Would I feel the energy exchange is equal? & Will the final creation be something I'm proud of? Will my client become my friend? And working with Nisa Brown was a big full-body YES all around. >We were so harmonious from our very first Discovery Call, and it kept getting more beautiful from there as I learned more and more about nervous system regulation and secure attachment styles from her throughout our design project.

“I had been wanting to work with Nenah ever since she helped me out with a 90-minute Designer's Touch session. I was amazed at what Nenah was able to offer and accomplish in just a short time. So before hiring her to design my full website, I just had to get all my ducks in a row. Vision, decisions, funds, etc. I was in the process of refining everything and wanted to execute an across the board change all at once!
I had made my previous website myself. Having no technical knowledge of how to achieve my vision, I kept it pretty simple. While it was lovely and functional, I wasn't very engaging. It didn't represent the whole of Le Petit 3 - and I felt like it was far from what I continually dreamed of.
After receiving my new website - I was so relieved that my vision had actually come to life. Not only is Nenah exceptionally talented, technically skilled, professional, and organized - she is incredibly kind. I really felt like she held my hand through the whole process. She has the rare ability to work really hard on a project while also holding space for your anxieties and worries that might arise during the process. She offers so much more than coding, and you and your project will feel so safe in her hands. It is clear that Nenah loves what she does and truly cares about you and your goals, which is priceless.”

“I loved our meetings where we worked things out together live. It was so great to share an idea, have Nenah expand upon it, and then immediately see it come to life. I felt like decisions and results were both achieved in such an easy, fluid, and timely manner. I felt encouraged to share my honest opinions and feedback throughout the process, and ultimately I really felt like each decision was a true collaboration because she brought so much to the table that hadn't even occurred to me. I also loved having emailed bullet point lists with a running tab of what was incomplete, in process, or complete. It was such a simple helpful way for me to keep track of everything we had talked about and see where we were headed.
Sometimes creative endeavors end up requiring a lot of compromise - for reasons ranging from skill to technical limitations to time or communication, etc. There's often a gap between the vision and the execution. But this was not the case. Every little detail was considered and every request honored - even if it meant Nenah had to go to great lengths to find a way to make something work. I was so thrilled with how it turned out and am beyond excited to share it.
I was hesitant to pick a website designer because of my high expectations, but my experience working with Nenah was seamless. Now, I feel a sense of pride in my website, and I feel like I can relax. I couldn't be happier with the result.”

This lead magnet was designed to support the launch of the website. It's also a great example of how the branding translates from web and digital to print.
